Beth is an enthusiastic and bright Physio who completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy in Sydney and has developed a keen interest in Women’s and Men’s pelvic health, spinal pain and applied strength and conditioning.
Beth has over 6 years clinical experience working in orthopaedics, intensive care, stroke rehabilitation and geriatric medicine and private physiotherapy practice.
As a former national level triathlete and state swimmer and a passion for sports physiotherapy, she ensures delivery of best evidence-based practice for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Beth is the physiotherapist for the Powerhouse Rugby Union Club and is soon to engage in the Master’s in Musculoskeletal (spinal specialisation) Physiotherapy program.
Additionally Bethany has degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology and post graduate training in Men’s and Women’s Health, tendon injuries and Dry Needling. Further expertise in Sports Injuries, Spinal Pain, Pilates, scoliosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, MS, post-op and cancer.
Women’s health issues treated include incontinence, pelvic girdle pain, DRAM and pregnancy-related back pain.
