Loretta has over 7 years experience treating and rehabilitating sports and spinal injuries. Her expertise is rehabilitating stiff and sore necks/backs plus sporting injuries from AFL, tennis, rugby union, basketball, hockey, athletics, triathlon and dancing.
Loretta is a sports and musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a Masters in Physiotherapy (2011) in conjunction with a bachelors in sports and exercise science. Loretta has multiple post graduate courses and certificates including certificates in Spinal Manual Therapy, hamstring injury and prevention and dry needling.
Loretta’s strengths include excellent hands on manual therapy as well as appropriate individually tailored exercise prescription and rehabilitation with the aim of facilitating full recovery.

NSW schoolboy rugby union
Sydney 1st division rugby union, and was the
World Youth Olympics head physiotherapist for rugby 7’s.
In addition to treating elite athletes, Loretta has worked extensively with acute and chronic spinal pain in both young and older populations, is skilled in pre and postnatal care, pre and postoperative rehabilitation, paediatrics and teaching Pilates.
Loretta has over 7 years private practice experience running her own clinic in Sydney CBD and recently consulting in the UK.
