Kate completed her Master of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Exercise Science degrees at Griffith University in Queensland and has been consulting in private practice since. Kate is currently completing a Master of Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University.

Kate has experience and an interest in sports related injuries and lower limb injuries of the hip, groin, knee and ankle. Kate has significant experience developing home and gym based rehabilitation programs to return patients to their chosen sport and minimize the risk of future injury.

Kate works as a tournament physiotherapist for Tennis Australia and works with national and international players at ITF and UTR Pro Tennis Tours throughout the year.

Kate is a Clinical Pilates instructor and she can perform trigger point dry needling.

Having played state league netball and currently playing football in the VFLW for Port Melbourne, Kate has a wealth of knowledge regarding musculoskeletal injuries associated with elite and high level sport.
